HARVESTER APPLICATORS

If you run your own forage harvester and are looking to start using silage inoculants, or are a custom harvester who has customers who would like to, you need an applicator.  Older model harvesters usually do not come with a system installed, while newer units come with factory systems.

We can install a custom applicator that works with your system, or we can modify and maintain your current system so that it is working properly.  The systems that we install are easily controlled from inside the cab so all you have to do is turn it on and start cutting.

-Custom tank stand to mount on your harvester

-10/30/55 gallon tank depending on your needs and application rate

-12V pump and filter system

-Variable speed pump controller

-Flowmeter for accurate application

-Electronic integration with harvester for automatic application

-On site service and repair

We carry a large assortment of parts, pumps and electronics with us so you have minimal down time in the field should something go wrong.
